At Hybrid Real Estate, giving back is at the heart of everything we do. Community service is one of our core values, and our agents proudly support causes they are passionate about across Oregon. From serving meals at the Eugene Mission and packing food boxes at Food for Lane County, to cleaning parks and rivers, fostering pets, supporting schools, hosting fundraisers, and uplifting the arts — we are committed to making a lasting impact.

Our dedication goes beyond volunteer hours. We purchased Alder House, a nine-unit apartment complex, to provide safe housing for homeless youth ages 16–21 in partnership with Looking Glass Community Services. We’ve championed local nonprofits, contributed to plans for a future Emerald Valley Pickleball Complex, and organized donation drives for pajamas, hygiene kits, and other essentials for children and families in need.
