Experienced Management: Hybrid Principal Brokers have both Management and current sales experience, and encourage Hybrid Agents to brainstorm ideas and ask questions. Whether it is revising your business plan or risk management strategies, our Brokers are here, ready to help.

 

Paperless System: Hybrid strives to be as stress-free and efficient for you as possible. All paperwork is easily managed through our Hybrid Annex, powered by Skyslope. This program is 100% FREE to our agents and offers easy transaction management and quick Broker review.

 

Education: Hybrid Real Estate is a certified Continuing Education Provider registered with the Oregon Real Estate Agency. Not only do we provide ample educational courses, we also provide Agents with a monthly calendar noting additional educational opportunities offered in the real estate community.

 

Brick and Mortar: While Hybrid makes every effort to be as virtual as possible, the company does invest in “Brick and mortar” for agent ease. Hybrid owns several Professional Customer Care Centers, scattered throughout Lane County, for agent and client use when nearby. Work Environment: Hybrid Real Estate strives to be a Green Company. Most Hybrid Agents work from home which allows them to control their work environment and work in the neighborhood they specialize in.

With that said, Hybrid Agents are experienced agents and know what schedule works best for them. There are no time commitments, no mandatory meetings, and no interference. Affordable Custom Signage: Because Hybrid Real Estate is designed to cut the cost of your overhead, we own our own sign-making equipment. You can print photo-quality, custom signs for very low cost (Avg. sign costs $12). There is quick turn-around and no minimum orders.

 

Low-Cost, Custom IDX Website: Not only will you and your listings be featured on the Hybrid Real Estate Company Website, you can also be set up with a complete, customizable IDX website that automatically uploads your listings, for just $15/month. Get your marketing done quickly with the program's lead generators, property searches, and more. Happy with your own Website? Keep it! You can use this affordable site as a specialty site or just forgo it altogether… It is up to you!

 

Syndication: Your listings will be featured on the company website www.HybridRealEstate.org as well as fully syndicated on third party sites such as Zillow, Trulia, and Realtor.com. If a buyer is looking for a property online, they cannot help but find Hybrid Listings.

 

MLS Access: Not only does Hybrid subscribe to our local RMLS, but to Salem’s WVMLS,the Bend area MLSCO and Southern Oregon MLS as well!  Have a multi-million Dollar client looking to purchase in the Bend area? No need to pass! Do some research and pay $50 to join yourself through our company membership.

 

REALTOR Associations: Several Hybrid Agents are very active in the REALTOR community, serving many different associations. Hybrid currently belongs to several REALTOR Associations, Including: Eugene, Springfield, Central Oregon Coast, Douglas County, Central Oregon and Rogue Valley.

 

Register Guard Home Finders Program: Hybrid Real Estate participates with the Register Guard Home Finders Program. Hybrid Real Estate Agents can take advantage of the group discount offered (Currently $15 per agent), but like all services at Hybrid Real Estate, it is not required.

 

Retired Agent Program: This program is designed for real estate agents leaving sales due to either retirement or other reasons. This program allows for Agents to keep their license active with the state and continue to refer and receive legal payment for referrals. This program also creates an opportunity for a real estate agent to purchase a book of business, over time, from a retiring real estate agent. It can be difficult to price a book of business or for a real estate agent to produce the required capital to purchase an established book. The Retired Agent Program overcomes these challenges, offering real estate agents continued success in retirement and business acquisition for agents building their client base.
